Recognises the suppliers below automatically. Any other supplier still loads via the generic reader — just check the fields before sending.
Recognised suppliers
Titanium reports (e.g. Baoji) load but need chemistry entered by hand. Scanned-image PDFs with no text layer can't be read automatically. Flag a supplier below if its layout seems to have changed — that note stays on this machine and is the first thing worth checking next time a cert from them looks off.

2 Your details (applied to every certificate)
Certificates are numbered from the Next number above (e.g. PTS-0001, PTS-0002…). The counter remembers where it left off each time you export, so numbers keep climbing for your audit trail — you can also edit any number directly on a certificate. That counter lives in this browser only, though — if certificates are ever issued from more than one machine, use check register to pull the real highest number from the SharePoint register instead of trusting this browser's memory alone. Country of origin and test data come from the supplier file; check each one in step 3 before sending.
3 Review certificates
Click any row to preview. Spot something wrong? Edit fields directly on the preview — nothing is sent until you export.
4 Produce certificates
Save each PDF to Downloads writes one PDF per certificate (named by your PTS number) straight to your Downloads folder — recommended, as these open without the Windows security block. Your browser may ask to allow multiple downloads the first time; click Allow. Print / Save all opens every certificate to print or "Save as PDF" in one go. Bundle as one .zip is handy for filing many at once, but Windows may flag PDFs extracted from a zip — if so, right-click the zip → Properties → tick Unblock before extracting. Batch log is a spreadsheet record of this run.
